Code of Ethics
The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
Loyalty to clients;
Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
Cooperation with competitors;
Truthfulness in statements and advertising;
and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry.
Renee started in the real estate business in 2003 and instantly knew she had arrived in a business that she was passionate about and could achieve great success in. Native born to Lee’s Summit, MO; Renee has seen the explosion in growth to this expanding city. Renee has had the opportunity to work in contract negotiations while serving in a management position for a large California Co. She also has taught marketing courses at the college level after achieving her Masters in Business Administration from Caifornia State University. Ultimately, Renee returned to the KC area to enjoy an active life in a lake home with her family while immersing herself in a career in real estate.
Renee has been the leading sales person for a successful team at RE/MAX Elite in Lee’s Summit and since has started her own team. “I have developed a keen insight into the pulse of the market by listening to sellers and buyers. I am excited about technology and how it affects our business so I have devoted the funding and time to develop a web presence that puts buyers and sellers on our doorsteps. Renee has had great success in marketing and selling lake and acreage properties, which are a huge drawing card for the Lee’s Summit area, but it is her objective to know the whole market. Renee is licensed in MO and KS so she makes it her business to know her product throughout. “ I am a real estate professional who provides expertise to my clients earned through education, experience, and devotion to my clients.”
